Will St. Laurent
Will St. Laurent has spent four decades founding and operating companies across banking, technology, life sciences, real estate, and agriculture. He co-founded Vitech America and served as its President and Chief Operating Officer — building Brazil’s second-largest personal computer manufacturer, taking it public on Nasdaq in 1996, and securing Gateway Inc.’s $31 million strategic investment in 1999.
His banking career began at Western Bank of Oregon, where he served as Vice Chairman from 1989 until the bank’s sale in 1996; he has served on the board of People’s Bank of Commerce since 2017 and is Vice Chairman of the board. Will also built Consolidated Forest Products, a wood-waste recycling and mulch company, which he grew and sold in 2021. In the life sciences, he is founder and chairman of SeqLL, Inc., a single-molecule sequencing company built on the Helicos technology, and of True Bearing Diagnostics, developer of the CathDX precision cardiac diagnostic in partnership with George Washington University.

At Fox, he spearheaded strategic initiatives during the emergence of digital television. He is also President of Domaine St. Laurent, the family’s estate winery, where he directs brand and commercial strategy.
